HOW TO KEEP THINKING POSITIVE
Subject: Keep a Diary.... Day 14
Hi Firstname,
We're almost at the end! This is a positivetime to remind you
what we're doing is designed to complement the work that
the subliminal videos are already doing with your
subconscious. My personal instant success program works
on bringing your conscious mind and your subconscious
mind into harmony. This greatly enhances the speed and
effectiveness of the subliminal videos.
Today I'm going to show you an easy way to keep
positive thinking.
In today’s world we seem to have lost our ability to recall
all the positive stuff that happens in our lives. We focus on the
problems that we are currently experiencing. I guess that’s
because we have so much going on in our lives we really
don’t have time to stop and think about all the positive things.
We just seem to fix one problem, then another one pops up
that we have to work on.
That may be how it feels, but the reality is actually
something very different. Most of our day's are filled with
many great and happy experiences, we just miss them
because our attention is drawn elsewhere.
One of the most important things you can do for yourself is
to take a little time to reflect on what happened during your
day, in a positive way. There is a very simple and easy
way to do this, and you'll be surprised how quickly things
start to improve.
I would like you to start using a diary. This can be a hand
written diary or an online version. At the front of the diary
I'd like you to write your ideal day, from our previous
work. Underneath that I'd like you to write your core
goals, again from your previous work. Then, what I'd like
you to do each day is to write into your diary all of the
positive things that happened to you during the day. This may
take a few extra minutes as you get used to doing it,
however after about a week you'll find it'll only take five or
10 minutes each day. This is your personal time and you
should allow yourself to have it.
I would also like you to write the bad things that happen
during the day. Instead of writing them in a negative, I
want you to think about the learning that you gained from
that experience and then write that in your diary. Let me
give you an example: couple of weeks ago I was on my
way to see some friends. I rushed out the front door,
jumped in the car, and raced off. I ran out of petrol about
15 minutes away from my friends place. I had to ring them
up and ask them to help me out with a lift to the nearest
petrol station. My diary entry for that day said "I have
some great friends that I know I can count on when the
chips are down". When I was looking back over my diary
to find an example to share with you, my spirits were lifted
when I read this. So what could've been a bad memory
turned out to be a great reminder of just how lucky I really
am.
As you review your ideal day and your core goals each
week, should also take the time to review your diary entries
for the previous week. As you do this you will start to
notice how each and every day gets better and moves closer
and closer to fulfilling your core goals.
Noel.
